Being healthy has been one of my biggest goals lately! When I feel healthy I feel happier and more confident in myself which is why is just one of the many reasons why it is so important to me! Being healthy can mean so many different things, so I’m going to show you exactly what it means to me and how it is possible to stay in shape even with a busy schedule!

One of the main ways I stay healthy and fit is by exercising daily! Many people think that the only way to work out is by going to the gym but there are actually thousands! My personal favorite is BOXING! Boxing gives you that full body workout & it also teaches you self defense, oh and we can not forget how fun it is!!

A few more of my personal favorites are hot yoga, going on hikes, or even just taking my dog for a run. You can also do all of these with your friends which makes it even more fun and you can all motivate each other to stay in shape together!

Some days it can be hard to find time to exercise with a busy schedule so I have found myself setting my alarm extra early lately which sometimes can be a struggle but also makes me feel a hundred times better knowing I can fit a workout in each day! In order to keep your body healthy and in shape to exercise you need to nourish your body with healthy food!

I have found that on days that I find myself snacking on sugary snacks or eating meals that don’t have the healthy nutrients our bodies need I find myself tired and drained before the day is even over! One of my favorite go to foods is a smoothie! Smoothies are the best because there are so many different combinations you can make and you can even take them on the go which is perfect for a busy day! If you still need another snack after that carry some almonds or nuts with you wherever you go so that if you get a little hungry you end up eating those rather than buying chips or sugary snacks!

Always try and choose the healthier option so you feel better & more energized! Last but not least #HealthyLiving involves being happy and confident with yourself! For me when I feel healthy I feel more confident and happier than ever! But it also goes the other way around, in order to be healthy you need to be happy and enjoy what you are doing! I believe one of the best ways to do this is find some friends to set goals with and work on those goals together!

Whether you do your workouts together or have a day where you guys try out new healthy recipes together everything is always more fun when you have a friends there to support you!
