We offer one standard shipping option for both domestic and international orders. Shipping costs are calculated according to the number of items in your order and your location. Shipping costs are determined once your order is complete and you are ready to check out. We are not responsible for additional charges that may occur upon delivery.

Customers in the U.S. can expect orders to arrive within one to two weeks. International customers, please allow two to four weeks for delivery depending on your destination, customs and in-country mailing service. If you have a special circumstance and would like to discuss an overnight or express shipping option at an additional cost, please call our customer service toll free number and we will work with you to get your order to you when you need it. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your door.

If your billing address does not match the address on your credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Please double check your billing and shipping information before placing your order.


Promotional offers in the form of sales, promo codes, coupons, discounts, etc. will not be applied to orders that have previously been placed. We will not apply an offer to orders placed before the offer became available. We will not apply an offer to orders placed during a promotional offer that did not include the necessary information needed to apply the offer at the time of check out. Returns and exchanges will only be granted for unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must include the original product packaging, packing slip and a completed returns & exchanges form, which you can download here. Mail your return or exchange to:

You will be charged a $2.50 restocking fee for each item returned or exchanged, so please be sure you are ordering the correct items and carefully refer to our sizing charts before placing an order. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to the Alli Simpson Store. If you are exchanging items, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the new items to you.
